Day Two- Sunday

Day Two was a Sunday, so we started the day attending a local LDS Ward. It was the most friendly ward I have ever attended. (sorry, Kyrene ward you guy are a close second!).

After Church we drove over to the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor. What a sobering and amazing experience for all of us... again Mom cried!

Later that afternoon, we decided we should go on a hike. So we ventured off to Diamond Head!
Made it half way! Zaidee was ready to keep going!
The top! An amazing view of Waikiki. Zaidee ran almost the whole way up!
I was amazed she ran up, and then she ran back down, no big deal.
Here is a quote about the hike from the website:
The trail to the summit of Le'ahi was built in 1908 as part of O'ahu's coastal defense system. The 0.8 mile hike from trailhead to the summit is steep and strenuous, gaining 560 feet as it ascends from the crater floor.

After we had to indulge in some Shaved ice...
