Happy Birthday Brando

My boy Brandon turned 14... How can that be? It really was not that long ago that he was running around in his underoo's with his plastic golf clubs, and eating dirt out of the flower bed. He now uses REAL golf clubs (he used Bruce's old clubs last time he went golfing). And he no longer eats dirt... just the occasional creature that he found in the dirt (boys will be boys!)

Here are 14 things that are special about my Brando:

1. He has a very kind heart.

2. He is very smart, especially when in comes to spelling! (In my house quite often you will hear me yelling, "Brandon how do you spell...")

3. He is quiet (for a boy this is a rare quality!)

4. He is optimistic (like his Dad)

5. He is very forgiving

6. He rocks at baseball.

7. He loves his family.

8. He loves the gospel.

9. He is always willing to help, when asked.

10. He is patient.

11. He is a good citizen (he just spent several hours passing out Prop 102 fliers and holding a Prop 102 sign at the polls this morning .

12. He is a good role model.

13. He is going to be an excellent missionary someday

14. He is Just as handsome as his Dad!
